When you get home, the last thing you want to think about is all of the work and emails that are waiting for you. After dealing with stressful situations and people all day, you could use a helping hand to zen out. Here is your only schedule for the next two hours: Light a few candles, turn on some music, and get ready to relax.

Here’s how you can treat yourself to a much needed spa night without spending spa money. You can find these products at your favorite drugstore!

1. Eucalyptus oil
Every spa lover knows that eucalyptus oil is the be all, end all. It’s great for clearing your sinuses and your head. Place a few drops in your oil diffuser and let the scent fill up your room. One of the reasons why aromatherapy is so powerful is because it promotes wellness and reduces stress.

2. Epsom Salt
Every DIY spa night must have epsom salt on the agenda. It’s the best way to treat your muscles from sitting in your stiff office chair all day. After you run a bath, add two cups of epsom salt to the water. Gently rub it into any sore areas. It is guaranteed to give your massage therapist a run for his or her money.

3. Lavender Scented Candles
Lavender scented candles and oils are known to reduce stress, which makes them the perfect addition to your spa night. Plus, lighting candles will help set the mood as you’re re-reading your favorite book or listening to music. If you don’t have any candles lying around, lavender oil will definitely do the trick.

4. Glossier Mega Greens Galaxy Pack
This face mask is so good that you won’t resist putting it on your face at every opportunity. It’s basically a juice cleanse in the form of a face mask. It’s packed with spinach and avocado oil, which work together to rejuvenate your skin and give you a healthy glow. Need we say more?

5. Coconut Oil
Let’s be real, what can’t coconut oil do? It’s an effective lip balm, deodorant, moisturizer, and hair conditioner. The list goes on. Our favorite way to use coconut oil is by mixing it avocado and adding it to our hair care regimen. Stock up on this magical beauty elixir and get ready for a night in.

6. Kiehl’s Cactus Flower & Tibetan Ginseng Hydrating Mist
This hydrating mist does double duty. Not only is it an excellent moisturizer, it also has calming properties and will help you look more awake. It contains Tibetan ginseng which is known for its anti-aging benefits. That alone makes this hydrating mist a must-have.

7. Bath and Body Works Eucalyptus Spearmint Body Lotion & Body Wash
Bath and Body Works’ aromatherapy line is the hero we deserve. We’re currently obsessed with the eucalyptus spearmint body lotion and body wash.  We love that this scented lotion leaves you smelling really good and feeling stress free. Leave the cap off as you hop in shower and dab on the lotion at room temperature. The difference in temperature will blow your mind.
